Viktor is nebulously some kind of machine god with comprehensive control over runic magic and the Arcane, the in-universe term for ambient magical energies. He is the result of a physical merger with an adaptive rune matrix originally intended to cure his terminal illness, and as such has some psychic powers described below; if you're interested in playing around with these in-game as a CR hook or larger plotting opportunity, fill out the appropriate form. These permissions are opt-in, meaning I will not incorporate these powers into threads unless requested.

Viktor has touch telepathy, meaning he can read minds via physical contact. This is can be purposeful or involuntary (he can have memories forced on him unintentionally), and can be simple flashes or full-on memory share. For surface level stuff and general vibes, fill out the permissions form.

Viktor's psychic abilities access to a kind of astral realm, where his view of the world is made more abstract. Through this enhanced perception, he may be able to detect fellow magic users, psychics, or simply people with Something Weird Going On. If your character regularly uses a mind space, perhaps he can come visit.

In the astral plane he appears as an idealized version of himself (first without his illness, and then as the Herald), and having recovered his humanity may inhabit this space as he used to be. if you play a psychic or magic user, or otherwise have powers or something special that would be detectable to Viktor, please fill out the permissions form.

Viktor's primary ability post Hexcore-merger is healing—he is shown to cure addicts, remove disfigurements, and resolve disabilities. The process requires digging around in his subject’s mind palace to diagnose and excise various afflictions (like so), and Viktor forms a psychic connection to anyone he heals. This used to mean joining his shared consciousness hivemind-style, with Viktor gaining the ability to see through the eyes of his followers, possess them, and even take control of and transmute their bodies.

He's since learned his lesson and doesn't want to do that anymore. HOWEVER, I'd like part of his journey in this game to involve learning how to heal for real without stealing minds and scrubbing out undesirable personality traits alongside physical ailments, so if your character is injured and you want some heals with a side of cool metal scarring and maybe Viktor in your character's walls a little bit, hit up the plotting form.

What can Viktor learn from your character through touch? What thoughts or memories might be available to him? How does he see them in the astral plane? Is your character a psychic who can also access the mind realm? The below form is for surface-level insight and CR hooks.
