[ He's certainly not expecting any elaborate meals, given their current living situation and their need to keep their heads down. He'll take what he can get, and it's certainly better than what he'd had to contend with while living with a group of beings that didn't need to eat at all. ]

It's not really an issue--at least, Jack doesn't worry about it in the way he used to. Some time to come to terms with it has helped.]

[ It's fair for Jack to be curious, given that Genji hadn't been the sharing type when he'd been a member of Blackwatch. No doubt Jack could have gone digging into his dossier for some of this information, or asked Angela directly, but maybe he'd felt it was an invasion of privacy.
He's a decent enough person that he might have wanted to respect Genji's wishes, especially when considering the circumstances of his recruitment. Or perhaps it had been as simple as writing him off as being under Reyes' purview. ]
A good portion of my body is powered by a different sort of energy, so the amount I need to eat is less than when I was fully organic.
